INDIE104 ~ iRADIOLA.com was named �Best Internet Station of The Year 2006, 2007 and 2008 at the Annual New Music  Awards, held at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood. Based on a popular vote and influence in the music industry. 2006 was the first year Internet Radio was a contender for this prestigious award.

General Manager, Mark Maverick, launched his streaming station in 1998, and the station now boasts over 7.5 million steady listeners worldwide.  iRADIO LA plays music by unsigned artists 24/7/365, and is also home to several syndicated shows that feature original music: Indie Traffic Jam, Indie Music Wave, The Colorado Wave, The Casey Fallen Show, On The Horizon, and The Big Dumb Fun Show.  Carmen Allgood, Marketing Director for Indie 104, is the producer and host of The Colorado Wave and Indie Music Wave, and is the first DJ in America to ever produce a local, independent music radio show, starting in 1986.  Allgood�s programs were recently awarded �Best Music Exporter 2007� and �Best Local Radio Show 2005�.

Maverick and Allgood also co-produce Indie Music Talk, which offers several packages for artists and music industry people to produce and host their own programs, which are then presented several times as Special Features on iRADIO LA.
